Auf dem Weg zu einem neuen Jugendmedienschutz-Staatsvertrag

Dr. Stephan Dreyer discusses the plans to reform the Jugendmedienschutzvertrag [Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors from Harmful Media] (JMStV) with other experts online.

2.00 p.m. to 5.45 p.m. via Zoom

Where do we stand in technical youth media protection? How can ideas for new legal requirements and existing developments be harmonised in the best possible way? And how are things progressing at European level with ideas such as euCONSENT?

This media policy discussion is organised by the FSF and FSM on the occasion of the Safer Internet Day 2022. Representatives from the fields of politics, regulation and practice will discuss the future (technical) protection of minors from harmful media. If you are interested, please register to take part in the online conference.
