Book Launch "Freedom of Expression and the Internet"

Matthias C. Kettemann (Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut) and Wolfgang Benedek (University of Graz) present the new edition of the book "Freedom of Expression and the Internet", which is published by the Council of Europe.

The University of Graz, the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut and the Council of Europe invite you to an online book presentation via zoom at the launch of the 2nd edition of Wolfgang Benedek's and Matthias C. Kettemann's "Freedom of Expression and the Internet":
 

Updated and revised 2nd edition of "Freedom of Expression and the Internet" 
 

This book is an introduction to the subject of the protection of freedom of expression online and answers essential questions regarding the scope and limits of freedom of expression on the Internet. It focuses on the role of social networks, courts, states and organisations in online communication spaces. Using examples from Internet law, the authors answer questions about the freedom of opinion in cyberspace.
