DJV-Workshop „Frauen-Empowerment"

Anna von Garmissen speaks at the all-day event of the German Journalists' Association "Frauen-Empowerment: Wie kommen Frauen voran im Journalismus?" [Women's Empowerment: How Do Women Make Progress in Journalism?].
 
At the event, she will present the study "Männerdomäne Regionalpresse" [Male Domain Regional Press], which addresses the question of how strongly women are represented in editorial leadership positions. Afterwards, she will lead an empowerment workshop for women journalists. The workshop will focus on the following questions: How do women succeed in entering journalism, which is often still dominated by men? How do they find their way back into the job from parental leave? Above all, how do they succeed in their career?
