The Development and Peace Foundation is dedicating an evening to the topic "Verdeckte externe Einflussnahme über soziale Medien: Ein Thema für die Vereinten Nationen [Hidden External Influence via Social Media: A Topic for the United Nations]" at the German Parliamentary Society. Dr. Matthias Kettemann has been invited as a speaker and will talk about the limits of state use of social media under international law.
