In March and April 2020 Marta Rodríguez-Castro will be a guest researcher at HBI. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Communication Sciences of the University of Santiago de Compostela
. Her thesis examines the development of public value tests in European public media organizations and asks whether the debate on public value testing should be reopened in Spain, where such a procedure is currently not used.
