Klicken oder tippen Sie, wenn Sie diesem Link Vertrauen.\" href=\"https:\/\/leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/research\/research-programs\/regulatory-structures-and-the-emergence-of-rules-in-online-spaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"Verified\" data-linkindex=\"4\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/research\/research-programmes\/regulatory-structures-and-the-emergence-of-rules-in-online-spaces\">Regulatory Structures and the Emergence of Rules in Online Spaces<\/a>&#8221; at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | <span lang=\"de\">Hans-Bredow-Institut (HBI)<\/span> since January 2022.\u00a0His team investigates the rules under which new forms and practices of social understanding and self-assurance emerge in digital communication spaces, and especially in social networks.<\/p>\n<p>After studying law at the University of Freiburg with a focus on information and media law, he completed his doctorate at the HBI with a thesis on the\u00a0<a title=\"Urspr\u00fcngliche URL: https:\/\/www.duncker-humblot.de\/buch\/staatsinformationsqualitaet-9783428158768. Klicken oder tippen Sie, wenn Sie diesem Link Vertrauen.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.duncker-humblot.de\/buch\/staatsinformationsqualitaet-9783428158768\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"Verified\" data-linkindex=\"5\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.duncker-humblot.de\/buch\/staatsinformationsqualitaet-9783428158768\">state&#8217;s public information activities<\/a>\u00a0from August 2015 until Ende of January 2019.<\/p>\n<p>He completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court with stations at the Press Chamber of the Hamburg Regional Court, an internationally active commercial law firm and the Federal Constitutional Court. He then worked as a research assistant at the Federal Constitutional Court.<\/p>\n<p>He is an associate editor at\u00a0<a title=\"Urspr\u00fcngliche URL: http:\/\/www.verfassungsblog.de\/. He is also a lecturer at the Universit\u00e4t Hamburg and an examiner in the state part of the first legal examination for the Hamburg Judicial Examination Office.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2024, he was appointed as a <span lang=\"de\">Bundestag<\/span> expert on German Digital Service Act for the execution of the EU Digital Services Act.
