Stella Mickeler Garc\u00eda has worked as a change management consultant since January 2025. She focuses on internal process and strategy consulting and oversees internal communications related to change processes at the institute.<\/p>\n
Additionally, she has been responsible for scientific controlling (evaluation management) since April 2021 and leads the “KUGEL-FIS” project. She participates in performance planning, coordinates the annual pact monitoring report, and contributes to the continuous improvement of scientific controlling.<\/p>\n
Previously, Stella Mickeler Garc\u00eda was a research assistant in the project “KUGEL-FIS”. Prior to that, she was a student assistant\u00a0 in our research programme “Transformation of Public Communication<\/a>” as well as in the\u00a0Algorithmed Public Spheres<\/a> for several years.
\nShe studied political science in Hamburg and Istanbul, as well as in L\u00fcneburg.
