There, he supervised the Volkswagen-Foundation &#8216;s interdisciplinary project\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/projects\/opportunities-and-limitations-of-adm-systems\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/projects\/opportunities-and-limitations-of-adm-systems\">Deciding About, By and Together with Algorithmic Decision Making Systems<\/a>\u201d. His dissertation, which was written at the HBI, was published in April 2024 by <span lang=\"de\">Duncker und Humblot Verlag<\/span> and is available in its entirety as open access.<\/p>\n<p>Johannes Schmees studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, Geneva and the University of M\u00fcnster with a focus on information, telecommunications and media law.<\/p>\n<p>He is particularly interested in public media and constitutional law in context with artificial intelligence, with which he also dealt with in his dissertation project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":1367,"template":"","categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2960","hbi-employee","type-hbi-employee","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.2 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
