Fenja De Silva-Schmidt is a communication scientist and has been coordinating the Hamburg office of the Research Institute for Social Cohesion since June 2026. She is also responsible for science communication.<\/p>\n
Previously, she led the research communication project at the Hamburg Research Academy. There, she developed and coordinated training programs and support on science communication for doctoral researchers and postdocs, produced a podcast, and managed different social media channels.<\/p>\n
Earlier in her academic career, Fenja earned her Ph.D. in climate change communication at the Hamburg Cluster of Excellence “Climate, Climatic Change, and Society”.<\/p>\n
