How can media outlets maintain independence in the face of economic pressure, competition for attention, and changing user habits? What are the consequences of budget cuts in newsrooms and the use of artificial intelligence on journalism and press freedom?<\/p>\n

Dr. Tobias Mast<\/a> and Svea Eckert<\/a>, a Mercator Fellow and tech journalist, will discuss these issues with Felicia Holtkamp, editor-in-chief of GENZ magazine.<\/p>\n

Moderator: Stefan Endter, executive director of DJV Nord.<\/p>\n

The HBI is hosting the event in collaboration with DJV Nord and B\u00fccherhallen Hamburg.<\/p>\n
