Dr. Leonie Alatassi (n\u00e9e Wunderlich)<\/a> gave the keynote speech at the cabinet evening on youth communication in the State Chancellery of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg on July 21, 2025, in the presence of Minister President Winfried Kretschmann. Dr. Alatassi’s speech focused on the political formation of young people’s opinions and the influence of digital mechanisms.<\/p>\n

Dr. Kilian Hampel (University of Konstanz) also presented current research findings from his study “Jugend in Deutschland<\/span>” [Youth in Germany]. Afterwards, he spoke with ministers from the state of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and Leonie Albrecht about how politics can develop a better understanding of the lives of young people and support them. The discussion also focused on concrete approaches to fostering greater participation and political engagement.<\/p>\n
