In our science podcast <strong>BredowCast<\/strong>, we give an insight into current research and everyday life at the institute once a month.<\/p>\n<h2>Who makes the BredowCast?<\/h2>\n<p>BredowCast is the podcast of the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut. Once a month, host Kristina Kobrow discusses current topics with researchers from the perspectives of communication studies and media law. Kristina takes listeners on a journey through the institute. She brings researchers to the microphone, asking questions she finds intriguing or that our listeners have sent in.<\/p>\n<p>The idea for this podcast came from Daniela Friedrich. Together with <a href=\"https:\/\/leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/employee\/jan-hinrik-schmidt\/\">Jan-Hinrik Schmidt<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/employee\/christiane-matzen\/\">Christiane Matzen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/leibniz-hbi.de\/en\/employee\/stephan-dreyer\/\">Stephan Dreyer<\/a>, and Nele Heise, she launched the BredowCast in 2014 and oversaw it for nearly three years.
