Stella Mickeler García

Stella Mickeler García has worked as a change management consultant since January 2025. She focuses on internal process and strategy consulting and oversees internal communications related to change processes at the institute.

Additionally, she has been responsible for scientific controlling (evaluation management) since April 2021 and leads the “KUGEL-FIS” project. She participates in performance planning, coordinates the annual pact monitoring report, and contributes to the continuous improvement of scientific controlling.

Previously, Stella Mickeler García was a research assistant in the project “KUGEL-FIS”. Prior to that, she was a student assistant  in our research programme “Transformation of Public Communication” as well as in the Algorithmed Public Spheres for several years.
She studied political science in Hamburg and Istanbul, as well as in Lüneburg. Her research focuses on international political theory, resource governance, international relations, and Latin American raw materials policy.
