Context Collapse

  • Date: 15.05.25

  • Time: 18:30 h

How can we ensure successful communication in society? This is the topic of the upcoming edition of the Context Collapse salon series, hosted by the Hamburg section of the Research Institute Social Cohesion (RISC).

About the Event Format

Similar to context collapse, the digital breakdown and clash of different audiences, we want to leave our institutional filter bubble and bring different backgrounds and audiences together. The event format of context collapse is designed to facilitate and encourage discussions and conversations among the participants. We will therefore forgo the classic keynote model and instead focus on short input segments followed by intensive discussions in small groups. The goal is to create a space where participants can share their perspectives, knowledge, and experiences and collectively develop new approaches to key issues facing our democracies and societies.

Moderation: Jan Rau

Expert input:

Dr. Marina Beermann, Cociety, on the CoSaturday event series
