The Hans-Bredow-Institut marked its 75th anniversary in June 2025. This brochure takes a look at the institute’s development since 1950. We do not claim to provide a complete history, but rather wish to highlight some of the institute’s unique characteristics, showcasing moments in the past when these characteristics were particularly evident.
